The Package

The products and services that the Custom Woodworking Co, provides will vary with individual needs, but does typically include:

• Complete Skeletal drawings of the frame, specifying each timber size and location along with the floor plan.
  
• Most often, working drawings for general and sub-contractors to accurately price.
  
• The complete timber frame as per plans, pre-cut and fit - ready for assembly.
  
• The wall and roof panels pre-cut for all window and door openings including the in fill lumber and splines.
  
• We often supply items such as 1X6 Pine Finish, Stairs, Railings, Wood Flooring, etc. and in some cases we will supply the entire building package.
  
• The shipping from our shop to your site, along with the labour to erect the frame including crane rental and installation of the panels.
