Payment Schedule

• A 10% deposit is required when the contact is signed, establishing and securing a delivery date
  
• An additional 30% is due 30 days before the delivery of your timber frame
  
• 45% of the contract price is due in our office prior to delivery of the timber frame and stresskin insulation panels to your site.
  
• The remaining 15% of the project is to be paid when the timber frame is erected, enclosed or when our contract to you is fulfilled.
  
• When we act as general contractor in the construction of your Timber Frame Home, an established progress payment schedule is used. These payments are based on completion of the various stages of construction.
