Superior Enclosure System
We use the very best factory produced and tested structural insulate panels (SIP's) to enclose all our structures. These panels are comprised of an OSB exterior, a 3.5" or 5.5" urethane core which offers R-7.7 per inch and your choice of interior finish. It is this system that saves the homeowner annually on heating and cooling costs, lower maintenance and offers a high level of comfort.

Flexibility & Assistance in Design
The timber frame is more than simply a structure, it is a design in itself that is developed for the comfort and aesthetic pleasure that it will offer to its inhabitants. The size and location of the timbers will define certain areas, therefore, the site layout, frame design and floor plan should evolve together.

Variety of Wood
Most of our timber structures are built using red or white pine, which we have a large supply of, and we use only the best timbers from our stock. There are essentially no restrictions of species personally preferred, and we can easily source fir, salvaged fir, oak, etc.
